At Cozy Critter Club, every piece is handcrafted with care and designed to bring a touch of whimsy to you. To ensure the best experience, please take a moment to review my shop policies.
Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: Physical orders are packaged and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Custom or commissioned art requires 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.
- Shipping: Items will be shipped in the listed time frame above. Please note that this is when they will be mailed out, not when they will arrive. Based on where you live, orders may take longer to arrive. The snails will get the mail to you as soon as they can so please allow for a few business days.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately, all items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email photos of the packaging and item to contact@Cozycritterclub.art within 48 hours of delivery so I can send a replacement or resolve the issue.
Copyright & Usage Rights
- Artwork Ownership: Purchasing an original piece or print grants you ownership of the physical item, but all copyright and reproduction rights remain with Cozy Critter Club.
- Restrictions: Artwork may not be resold, scanned, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Custom Orders & Commissions
- Custom slots are limited. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot before creation begins, with the remaining balance due upon final approval prior to shipment.
